• design consultation in: acoustics, Green Star applications
• building plans drawn, floor areas measured
• rendering: 3D rendering, virtual models

Surveys and plans:

They have surveyed properties, mostly commercial centres and office blocks. Incentives include plans created in CAD format.Most of the plans created are as-built, but in some cases additions or alternations are handed in for Council approval.
